Please include the scenario route you used, the browser or device, and whether the issue happened before generation, during the loading state, after a result, while copying a draft, or during checkout. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, private IDs, confidential documents, medical details, legal secrets, or sensitive customer data.

For privacy or data requests, use the same email address and write “Privacy request” in the subject. For billing questions, include the Stripe receipt email and approximate purchase date, but never send raw card details.
