Refund Policy

getaiemail offers a free preview so you can try the work-email drafting flow before upgrading. Pro checkout, taxes, receipts, and subscription status are handled through Stripe.

If a Pro subscription was purchased by mistake, or the service was materially unavailable soon after purchase, contact us within 14 days at the address below. Include the account email and Stripe receipt ID so we can review the request.

Refunds are not guaranteed for credits already substantially used, abuse, spam-related use, policy violations, or requests made after the review window. If a refund is approved, Stripe returns funds to the original payment method according to its processing timelines.

You can stop future renewal by canceling the subscription before the next billing cycle. Canceling does not remove the obligation to review every generated draft before sending.
