Privacy Policy

getaiemail creates human-reviewed work email drafts. Do not enter passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, government IDs, medical details, legal secrets, or confidential business information.

When you generate a draft, we process the scenario, recipient, purpose, tone, and key points you submit so the AI provider can return a subject, body, and variants. We store generation and usage records in Cloudflare D1 for quota, abuse prevention, debugging, and product analytics.

If you sign in, Google OAuth may provide your email, name, avatar, and Google account identifier. Account state, plan, quota, and subscription identifiers are stored so we can provide saved drafting history and Pro credits.

Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment details; getaiemail stores Stripe customer, subscription, and checkout status identifiers, not raw card numbers.

We use privacy-aware product analytics including Plausible, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare, and first-party events to understand page views, tool_start, tool_result, copy_draft, upgrade, and checkout events. See the Cookie Policy for details.
